Two miles from Fort Smith and about a mile from 3-mile fishing access, this newly constructed five bedroom five bath home with over 4,000 sq. ft. has all the amenities any discerning angler could ask for. To start off there are four large decks with unrivaled views of the entire valley. Inside the home there are five bedrooms ranging from the master bedroom with a california king size bed to rooms with a queen bed and a twin. To see the room by room breakdown click here. The home can comfortably sleep ten people each having their own bed.

The amenities include a nice kitchen with gas stove, large refrigerator, and supplies for a chef and his guests. Then enjoy your meal in the dining room, or eat outside on the patio table where there is also a B.B.Q. grill.

The living room will be where the nights can get long with a wet bar, flat screen T.V. with satellite service, comfortable couches and chairs, a pool table, and foosball.

You could also spend your night in the poker room where your trip could get very expensive or you could leave a richer person. The large poker table will keep your game organized and enjoyable.
